One Day Exhibitor Pass $600

Happy Hour at Counselor College Fair $1,500 (2 total) 

• All conference attendees will receive drink tickets and are invited to participate. Wine and other beverages available. Receive recognition at the conference as a sponsor.

Name Badge Sponsor $550 (1 total) 

• Every attendee wears a badge and by sponsoring the name badge, your organization will be highlighted and visible to all. PNACAC will provide the branded name badges, but organizations will need to provide their logo in advance. 

Conference Keynote Speaker $3,000

• Help fund the Conference Keynote Speaker speaking fees! Receive recognition during the Welcome & Keynote Speaker session.

Conference Social Sponsorship $1,500 

• Includes sponsorship signage, verbal recognition, and 2 sponsored song choices during the conference social.

Badge Lanyards $1,000 (3 total)

• Every attendee wears a badge. Sponsoring the badge lanyard provides you with high visibility throughout the entire conference. Sponsors will need to supply their own branded lanyards. Your sponsorship will provide lanyards to a particular group of attendees (college side, high school/IEC/CBO, or first timers).

Conference Attendee Mailing List $500

• A full conference attendee mailing list will be provided 3 weeks prior to the conference, and a full attendee list will be provided one week after the conference has ended. By purchasing the registrant and attendee lists, vendors agree to send out no more than two (2) mass email communications to attendees. Full conference registration is required for this item. 

Donation to the PNACAC Conference Scholarship Fund (any amount)

• Support your colleagues by funding scholarships for PNACAC Conference attendance! All proceeds will be directly applied to conference registration for eligible high school counselors and college admission professionals. Receive recognition at the conference as a donor.

Donation to the PNACAC Conference (any amount)

• Provide a donation in the amount your company or organization designates to assist PNACAC in funding the 2026 Conference. Receive recognition at the conference as a donor.

Donation to the PNACAC Student Scholarship Fund (any amount)

• Provide a donation in the amount your company or organization designates to the PNACAC’s Student Scholarship fund. Receive recognition at the conference as a donor.
