ABOUT PNACAC
PNACAC Mission Statement
Serving the states of Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington, the Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling (PNACAC) promotes ethical standards and provides resources through its members to guide and empower students as they prepare for college admission.

Every student in the Pacific Northwest has access to informed, engaged, and ethical college admission counseling professionals.
The Pacific Northwest Association for College Admission Counseling (PNACAC) represents college admissions professionals in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington - a region known for its beauty, friendliness and collaborative spirit.
A regional affiliate of the National Association for College Admission Counseling (NACAC), PNACAC is an education association of secondary school counselors, college and university admission officers and counselors and related individuals who work with students as they make the transition from high school to postsecondary education.

PNACAC was founded at a charter meeting held on Saturday, May 8, 1965, at Willamette University and incorporated as a nonprofit organization in Washington State on February 28, 1985.
PNACAC was granted 501c(3) status as of June 19, 2018.
