Strategic plans are intended to help with future decisions and direction of the organization. As part of the strategic plan development phase, a strategic planning committee has been convened, which includes members of the board (President, President-Elect, Treasurer, Membership Committee Chair, and Diversity, Equity, and Access Committee Chairs) and the Executive Assistant for PNACAC. When meeting as a group and with the PNACAC board, the committee determined that in order to best serve our membership, it was in our best interest to hire a consultant.
PNACAC selected Marshawna Williams, a Strategist and Facilitator Consultant who is passionate about helping non-profits and service-based organizations by guiding them through the necessary steps of creating strategic plans that meet the mission and vision of organizations. In addition to that, she is proudly local to the Pacific Northwest and comes with years of experience in both college admissions and non-profit leadership.
Once the strategic plan is finalized, it will be approved by the PNACAC board and presented to the membership in September. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to Betsy Gross, PNACAC President, at president@pnacac.org.
