EXHIBITOR & SPONSOR REGISTRATION

 

Sponsorship & Exhibitor Opportunities - exhibitor tables are sold out

Platinum $3,000 

  • Includes exhibitor registration and full conference registration for 1 person
    • Exhibit table during exhibitor hours on Days 1-3 (Wednesday, May 22 to Friday, May 24)
    • $300 for an additional team member’s conference registration
  • Shared sponsorship of coffee & refreshments for attendees located in the exhibitor area for the duration of the conference
  • Prominent signage in various conference locations
  • Exclusive ad on conference website
  • Verbal recognition as a sponsor during the conference welcome
  • Social media recognition by the @pacificnorthwestacac account
  • Email recognition of sponsorship by PNACAC to confirmed conference attendees
  • 5 conference staffers wearing branded t-shirts during Day 2 (Thursday, May 23). T-shirts are to be provided by exhibitors

    • Exhibitors who choose to present are required to submit a session proposal form
    • Exhibitor sessions must include at least one non-exhibitor presenter

One Day Exhibitor Pass 

  • Includes exhibitor and conference registration on Day 2 (Thursday, May 23)

(8) Conference Social Table Decor $250

Decorate a table at the conference social with your organization/college/company colors, branded items, tabletop signage, brochures, swag, and more! See decor guidelines for more information.

(1) Badge Lanyards $1,500 - claimed

Every attendee wears a badge. Sponsoring the badge lanyard is exclusive and provides you with high visibility throughout the entire conference. Sponsor will need to supply their own branded lanyards. See Exhibitor & Sponsor FAQs for shipping information and deadlines.

(2) Wine Tasting at Counselors’ College Fair $1,500

Oregon is known for its excellent wine and what better way to experience it than at the Counselors’ College Fair & Card Swap on Thursday! All conference attendees will receive tickets for wine tasting and are invited to participate. Receive recognition at the conference as a sponsor.

Conference Attendee Mailing List $500

A full conference attendee mailing list will be provided 3 weeks prior to the conference, and a full attendee list will be provided one week after the conference has ended. By purchasing the registrant and attendee lists, vendors agree to send out no more than two (2) mass email communications to attendees. Full conference registration is required for this item. 

Donation to the Conference Scholarship Fund (any amount)

Support your colleagues by funding scholarships for PNACAC Conference attendance! All proceeds will be directly applied to conference registration for eligible high school counselors and college admission professionals. Receive recognition at the conference as a donor.

Donation to the PNACAC Conference (any amount)

Provide a donation in the amount your company or organization designates to assist PNACAC in 
funding the 2024 Conference. Receive recognition at the conference as a donor.

Donation to the PNACAC Student Scholarship Fund (any amount)

Provide a donation in the amount your company or organization designates to the PNACAC’s Student Scholarship fund. Receive recognition at the conference as a donor.
