Advocacy & Government Relations

PNACAC encourages its members to stay informed of current issues that impact our profession, our students, and access to higher education. As those who can give voice to our students and colleagues, PNACAC members are also strongly encouraged to engage their elected representatives by asking them to stand up for college access. Every member can make a difference!

Oregon Day at the Capitol

PNACAC hosted a group of members at a virtual Oregon Day at the Capitol on April 7, 2021. This event allowed members to advocate for substantive, wise, and inclusive education policy for students across our state and is one example of how we can share our stories with and introduce our lawmakers to the mission and values of PNACAC.
