INSTITUTION REGISTRATION DETAILS:

• Only post-secondary institutions and non-profit organizations with active PNACAC membership* may purchase a table.

  • *Institutions not meeting membership eligibility may appeal for a one-year waiver by February 15, 2026.

• Early Bird Registration through February 28, 2026: $250/table

• Regular Registration: March 1, 2026 - registration deadline: $300/table

• Registration deadline is 2 weeks prior to each event.

• PNACAC Fairs will utilize Strive Scan for lead retrievals.

• Refunds, minus a $50 processing fee, will be issued if written request is received by admin@pnacac.org by 30 days prior to the event.
