College Counseling 101 Series Dates and Sessions Now Available!

Free and open to the public, PNACAC fairs connect you with colleges and universities in one convenient location.
Students: Please register in advance with StriveScan by filling out a quick form. After you sign up, StriveScan will send a barcode via text message and email. At the college fair, present your barcode to college representatives to receive more information about that college. The next day, receive an email with a report of all of the colleges and representatives you met, along with contact information and social media profiles.
Parking: Families /Students/Schools: will use the main entrance and park in the guest lot at the front of the school. Bus parking is also available.
Registration: No registration is required to bring students the fair, however, we encourage your students to sign-up for a barcode before they attend the fair at StriveScan

PARTICIPATING COLLEGES & UNIVERSITIES
COLLEGE REPS
Parking: Please park in the north-end lot (back of the school) and enter through the gym entrance. This lot is the most convenient option.
Set up & Check-In:
Check-in begins at 8:00 AM. Tables will be arranged alphabetically by institution name. Please check in to receive your table number, which will also be shared with students for easy navigation.
Table Coverings:
Each institution will be provided with an 8-foot table. Please bring an appropriate table covering.
Hospitality:
Morning refreshments (coffee, juice, water, light snacks) will be available at the check-in area. Lunch (11:15 AM – 12:15 PM) will be provided for college representatives and high school counselors. Dietary restrictions will be accommodated as much as possible. Don’t miss the delicious tacos before heading out!
Important Note: Please avoid wearing heels inside the gym to prevent damage to the gym floor.
Expected attendance: 1000 - 1200 students.
