PNACAC invites any Title IV eligible and regionally-accredited non-profit college, university, other post-secondary institution, or program offering curricular study leading to a degree or diploma to participate in the PNACAC College Fair Program. International non-profit universities that offer academic degrees or diplomas that are sanctioned by the country's Ministry of Higher Education or by US accrediting associations are also eligible to participate. Non-profit, CBO, state or federal grant supported programs with a primary mission of promoting college enrollment and who are approved in advance based on the assessment of the PNACAC College Fair Chair and the PNACAC Presidents may be granted limited participation on a case-by-case and space-available basis. All participating institutions must be members of PNACAC. PNACAC reserves the right to refuse or revoke the registration of any institution or organization.

If your institution does not meet the Eligibility Requirements and would like to appeal for a one-year waiver, contact the PNACAC College Fair Chair at [email protected]. Appeals should address the following:

  • Regional accreditation status
  • Transferability of credits to regionally accredited institutions
  • Confirmation that College Scorecard data is correct
  • Letters of support from local school counselors will also be considered.
Appeal deadline: February 1, 2020
Appeals are reviewed using the information provided by the institution along with College Scorecard data. The appeal committee consists of the Admissions Practice Committee Chair, College Fair Chair and the Presidents of PNACAC. Note: Approved institutions are subject to a $110 processing fee in addition to all college fair registration fees.

strivescan imagePNACAC is excited to partner with StriveScan to provide student scanning technology at our regional college fairs. The cost of using StriveScan is included in all PNACAC fair registrations; there is no need to purchase additional access codes or scanners. For more information, we recommend watching the two-minute intro video at

Colleges registered for PNACAC fairs will receive information from StriveScan on how to create an account, download their app, and start scanning student barcodes on their iPhone, Android, or iPad (no other device needed!). Reps can instantly view the student's profile information and take notes right in the app. After the fair, reps export the student data with one click, instantly, to a CSV Excel file. If you have multiple reps attending from the same institution, both can scan from their own phones.

PNACAC College Fairs are FREE to students and families. Students attending the fairs should register for this fair by going to and filling out a quick form on their phone or computer (in advance or at the door). When they sign up, StriveScan sends them a barcode via text message and email. At the college fair, students present this barcode to college representatives when they are interested in receiving more information about that college. The next day, students receive an email with a report on of all of the colleges and representatives they met, along with their contact information and social media profiles.
