Request for Session Proposals

Presenting at PNACAC’s annual conference provides an excellent opportunity to share your experience and knowledge with our community of college admission professionals.

For the 2020 PNACAC Conference, the IDEA Institute will be running alongside the other conference sessions. We are calling for presenters and sessions related to inclusion, diversity, equity and access. Presenters will need to indicate if they would like their session to be listed as part of the IDEA track. Example topics for IDEA Institute sessions are: recruiting and retaining students of color, gender identity in higher education, engaging men of color, supporting immigrant students and their families.

Successful conference proposals will:

  • Offer shared knowledge that can be easily implemented by other individuals or organizations;
  • Ensure collaboration with colleagues across other schools, states or sectors;
  • Be successfully presented within the 60 minute time limit or as a half-day preconference session;
  • Be received by the priority deadline of January 31, 2020 (DEADLINE EXTENDED to February 15, 2020)

Notification will be sent by March 1 and presenters must confirm participation by March 15

Presenters are responsible for all conference registration fees and travel costs.
