PNACAC Scholarship to attend NACAC's Legislative Action Meeting in Washington D.C., March 3 and 4, 2019.

NACAC's Legislative Action Meeting is a great opportunity to learn about the public policies that shape college access for the students we serve. In addition to learning about the pressing policy issues with which NACAC is involved at the federal and state levels, all attendees will spend Monday, March 4, on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C. meeting with staffers and/or elected representatives to advocate for equitable access to postsecondary education. Any member of PNACAC is welcome to attend the Legislative Action Meeting. We invite you to apply for a scholarship if you would like to attend this event but do not have the organizational or institutional support to do so. The scholarship will cover the costs of:

• Registration fee
• Transportation to and from Washington D.C.
• Lodging for March 2 and 3 for the meetings (March 3) and Hill Day (March 4)
• Meals while attending the meetings and Hill Day

Please submit an application by the end of the day on Wednesday, January 9. We will notify all applicants about scholarship awards the week of January 21. The number of scholarships awarded will depend on the number of applicants.
