PNACAC Conference Scholarships

PNACAC is pleased to offer limited scholarships to support conference registration. 

Who can apply for this scholarship? Priority is given to:

• Public high school counselors
• First-time attendees
• PNACAC and NACAC members
• Disadvantaged school districts

The scholarship covers:

• Full Conference Registration Fee
• One Day Conference Registration Fee
• Full Conference Registration Fee and travel expenses to and from the conference
• Full Conference Registration Fee, travel expenses to and from the conference, on campus lodging and meals per cost of GSA rate and PNACAC policy (minus any meals provided at the conference)

PNACAC will reimburse allowable expenses after the conference.  We ask all scholarship applicants to wait until they have heard back from the scholarship committee regarding the status of their application before registering for the conference.  All recipients will receive notice no later than March 15. Those who do register and subsequently receive a scholarship will receive a refund minus a $30 processing fee.

Conditions of receiving the scholarship:

• This scholarship is non-transferable
• Volunteer for a shift at the registration booth or other conference location
• Write a PNACAC Newsletter article reflecting on their experiences at the 2024 PNACAC Conference
• Submit a PNACAC Reimbursement Form following the PNACAC conference

Timeline:

• Application deadline: 5:00pm PST, February 26, 2024
• PNACAC will notify all applicants of their application status no later than 5:00pm PDT, March 11, 2024
• Recipients should register using the scholarship code by March 15, 2024
