Diversity, Equity, and Access
The Diversity, Equity & Access Committee is responsible for developing policy recommendations and implementing programs to assist those who may face challenges in accessing postsecondary educational opportunities. The DEA also provides support and resources to underserved members of PNACAC.
The Pacific Northwest Association for College Admissions Counseling congratulates our Guiding the Way to Inclusion scholarship winners! NACAC’s Guiding the Way to Inclusion (GWI) conference is a three-day professional development workshop designed for college admission officers who recruit domestic students of color from diverse ethnic and socioeconomic backgrounds. This year’s conference will be in Atlanta, Georgia Monday August 2-Tuesday August 3, 2010. We had a large response to our scholarship application and all of the candidates were extremely qualified, making our final decisions very difficult.
