You can find the names of the coordinators on the ‘College Fairs’ page.

SCANNERS:  We will be utilizing scanner technology again this spring.  Please make sure to order your scanners early.  This year we have two options for rentals.  I will call them the Long Term and the Individual Rental options.  You will find details below.  Please choose the option that best works for your school and financial situation.  Scanners are not mandatory, but a huge effort has been made to get students registered for their bar code.   Here are your options:

Long Term Rental (www.gotocollegefairs.com)

If you plan to attend all three fairs you can rent one scanner to keep in your possession until the end of the spring fairs.  This scanner will also work at any other college fair that is utilizing scanner technology.  This might be the most cost effective option if you are attending all three events.

·         An $85.00 rental per scanner, up to three devices, that you will hold on to for all of spring. (This is a Premium Scanner that can capture mobile device bar codes.  There is an option for the Standard Scanner, but I urge you to rent the Premium Scanner.)

·         Leads start at $50.00 for 500 leads and will increase by $0.10 per lead after that.  There is an option for unlimited leads.

·         Shipping Charges.

·         A $39.00 activation fee for the mobile application that can be used on an iPhone, iPad, or Droid Phone.  The application download is free and can do everything a Premium Scanner can do and more.

·         No shipping charges.

·         Lead fees still apply.

Individual Rental (www.collegefairautomation.com/pnacac)

If you do not plan to attend all three college fairs, but you still want to utilize a scanner you can rent them individually.  You may also do a package deal for the Seattle and Portland events.   Since the Boise Fair is so much earlier than the Seattle and Portland fairs you will not be able to rent one scanner for all three fairs using this option.  If that is your goal, please see the Long Term Rental option.

Here is the breakdown of prices:

·         Each rental is $75.00 for individual fairs.  They come with up to 10,000 leads.

·         There is a $25.00 shipping fee.

·         The total for individual fairs would be $100.00 each.

If you plan to attend the Seattle and Portland fairs you can get a discount on the scanner.

·         $105.00 for both fairs.

·         $25.00 shipping fee.

·         The total for both fairs would be $130.00.

Please remember that you are responsible for ordering your scanner and that it will be shipped to you.  You will also be responsible for returning it using the postage paid envelope that is provided by College Fair Automation.  Your scanner will NOT be waiting for you at the college fair.  Here are the websites again for each option.
