Adjusting Enrollment Strategies to the West’s Changing Demographics

 

For more than a decade, enrollment managers have had the luxury of being able to recruit, select, and help finance their incoming freshmen from ever larger high school graduating classes.  These good times are about to end.  This session will examine characteristics of high school students using College Board data to provide admissions officers with a better understanding of the population.  It will also discuss outreach and recruitment tactics, approaches to admission, and financial aid implications that should be considered as we prepare for this new cohort of students.
